3․日本サーバーインスタンスにおいては、治安を乱す人間を抹殺する事

In the Japanese server instance‚ eliminate people who disturb the peace․

4․他団体がインスタンス内の治安維持をしている場合、それに協力すること

Cooperate with other organizations that maintain law and order within the instance․
